Hi, I’m Sarah

There was a time when I didn’t realise I was living in survival mode.

From the outside, life looked full. I built businesses, supported clients, held responsibility and kept going.

But inside, my nervous system rarely switched off.

I spent years pushing through stress, exhaustion and burnout, trying to cope by carrying on.

Until eventually, my body forced me to stop.

That stopping changed everything.

It led me to a deeper understanding of the connection between stress, illness, emotional healing and the nervous system.

And ultimately, it led me to create the Mind Medicine Movement™.

Cancer is not just a medical experience.
It is an emotional and nervous system experience too.

My recurrence brought a level of fear and uncertainty I had never known before.

Even when treatment is working, the body can remain braced. Hyper-vigilant. Exhausted.

What I slowly came to understand was this:

Healing is not only about treatment.
It is also about creating safety in the body.

Meditation, breathwork and embodied practices became part of that rebuilding for me. Not instead of medicine, but alongside it.

And when my nervous system finally began to soften, something inside me softened too.

Cancer changed everything

The Mind Medicine Movement™ was born from my own experience of stress, burnout, illness and cancer.

I came to understand that healing is not just physical. Fear, overwhelm and emotional exhaustion live in the nervous system too.

What helped me most was learning how to slow down, feel safe in my body again and gently reconnect with myself.

That experience became the foundation of this work.

Healing begins with gentle sips.”

How I Work Now

My work is grounded in nervous system support and emotional safety.

Through mentoring, meditation, breathwork, sound and restorative experiences, I help people move beyond survival mode and reconnect with themselves again.

This is not about pressure or perfection.

It is about creating the conditions where steadiness, rest and self-trust can begin to return.

  • “If you are navigating stress, burnout, illness or cancer, I understand how disorienting it can feel. I understand the quiet fear. The exhaustion of holding it together. The longing to feel like yourself again. You do not need to be stronger. You need support that meets your nervous system with steadiness and compassion. And that is the work I care deeply about.”
