Introduction

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Sarah Hurst, trading as Mind Medicine Movement™, including coaching, mentoring, massage, sound therapy and holistic support.

By booking a session, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Services Provided

Mind Medicine Movement™ offers:

• Mind Medicine Sessions
• Mind Medicine Journey (6-month programme)
• Mind Medicine Immersion (6-month in-person experience)
• Mind Medicine Massage™
• Additional massage and sound treatments
• Retreats and bespoke experiences

All services are designed to support nervous system regulation and wellbeing.

They are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

Medical Disclaimer

My work is complementary and supportive in nature.

I do not diagnose medical conditions, prescribe medication or replace medical treatment.

If you are undergoing medical care, including cancer treatment, you are encouraged to remain under the supervision of your medical team.

Any health information shared must be accurate and up to date to ensure safe delivery of treatment.

Booking & Payment

Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

For longer-term programmes (Mind Medicine Journey or Immersion), payment terms will be agreed in writing.

Prices are subject to change but will not affect bookings already confirmed.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be charged in full.

Missed appointments without notice are non-refundable.

In exceptional circumstances, discretion may be applied.

Refund Policy

Single sessions are non-refundable once delivered.

For pre-paid programmes:

• Payments are non-refundable once the programme has commenced
• Missed sessions within a programme must be rescheduled within the agreed timeframe

Products purchased through Mind Medicine Moments™ are subject to standard UK consumer rights.

Confidentiality

All coaching and therapeutic sessions are treated with strict confidentiality.

Information will only be disclosed:

• If required by law
• If there is risk of harm to yourself or others
• For safeguarding obligations

Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate health information
• Following medical advice from their healthcare provider
• Communicating discomfort during treatments
• Engaging willingly in coaching or therapeutic processes

You remain responsible for your own decisions and actions following sessions.

Physical Touch & Consent

For massage and embodied sessions:

• Explicit consent will be obtained
• You may withdraw consent at any time
• Boundaries are respected at all times

Treatments are adapted to individual needs, including oncology-sensitive care where appropriate.

Liability

While every care is taken to ensure a safe and professional service, Mind Medicine Movement™ cannot be held liable for:

• Undisclosed medical conditions
• Reactions to products where allergies were not declared
• Outcomes beyond reasonable professional control

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where prohibited by law.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, branding, SIPS™, Mind Medicine Movement™, Mind Medicine Massage™, Mind Medicine Mentoring™ and Mind Medicine Moments™, is the intellectual property of Sarah Hurst.

It may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.
