  • Yes. Many people attend alone, and the spaces are intentionally designed to feel welcoming, calm and supportive.

  • Never. There is no pressure to speak, share or participate beyond what feels comfortable for you.

  • Some experiences may be suitable for people living with or beyond cancer through Rising Above Cancer™. Please get in touch so we can discuss what feels most supportive for you.
