6. Enter the Emptiness

A guided meditation to help you move beyond mental chatter and rest within a deeper state of awareness, stillness and connection.

Beneath the constant activity of the mind, there is a quieter space. A place where you do not need to analyse, judge or change what you are experiencing. You can simply become aware.

Enter the Emptiness begins with your eyes open, inviting you to notice what you can see, hear and feel without immediately labelling it. As your eyes close, you will continue observing your inner and outer experience from a place of gentle awareness.

You will be guided to relax the body, notice your current mood and become aware of any thoughts, emotions or sensations without identifying with them. Rather than trying to change how you feel, you will practise allowing everything to be present exactly as it is.

The meditation then leads you beyond your usual sense of self and into a spacious inner stillness. Here, you will be invited to let go of personal stories, expand your awareness and experience a deeper connection with life around you.

Within this space, you will gently welcome feelings of peace, love, joy and aliveness before bringing that awareness back into your body and heart.

You will be invited to:

  • Observe your senses without judgement or labelling

  • Relax the body and settle into stillness

  • Notice your mood without trying to change it

  • Create space around thoughts, emotions and sensations

  • Loosen your identification with the thinking mind

  • Expand your awareness beyond the individual self

  • Welcome a deeper sense of peace, joy and connection

  • Return to your body feeling present and alive

This meditation is not about forcing the mind to become completely blank. It is about gently releasing your attachment to each thought and resting in the quiet awareness beneath it.

In the emptiness, there is not an absence of life, but a deeper experience of presence.
